NEW BEGININGS…
" Life is full of new beginnings…provided you look for them and you are prepared to meet them half-ways".
 Born and raised Greek, but living, studying and working in UK (32 yrs), I always returned yearly to the island of my birth – LESVOS. Falling in love with Vatera and building with my husband Madonna Studios, a self – catering accommodation complex, was one new beginning. Much later setting up The Vatera Specialists, a small company aiming to promote and market vacation rentals in Vatera and Lesvos was another new beginning. Becoming a writer and publisher of books and guides ("Madonna Editions") was yet another.
 My homecoming to Lesvos in 2002, the encouragement of " significant others" and certain local conditions led to my 2004 new beginning: Hibiscus Travel & Tourism Services - a fully licensed and bonded travel agency, based at Vatera, Lesvos, Greece. It continues what The Vatera Specialists (now "retiring" gracefully) started and already it goes from strength to strength.
