DESCRIPTION: This property complex is one of the Vatera originals, comprising of living accommodation and a taverna. Three years ago the owner remodelled and enlarged the taverna part over two levels, creating very pleasing modern and spacious facilities (indoor and outdoor) for dinning and multi purpose functions (e.g. group meetings, wedding receptions etc). Unsurprisingly this was the preferred venue (for meals and meetings) for the Belgian birdwatching groups in 2003 & 2004 and it appears that for 2004 their British counterparts are of the same opinion. During 2003, the owner continued the remodelling job in the accommodation area. The result is an attractive; beautifully decorated and furnished building with spacious reception, lounge area, ground floor cloakroom and nine accommodation units in total. The studios are offering a choice of double or twin beds, spacious bathrooms with showers, cooking facilities and balconies facing east and west. The apartments are offering two interconnecting rooms with one double bed, one single bed and a settee that converts to a double bed, spacious bathrooms with showers, cooking facilities and balconies facing east and west.
FACILITIES: Although the accommodation is offered on a self-catering basis, bed & breakfast booking arrangements are also an option. The whole property benefits from air conditioning and central heating facilities. All accommodation units have personal TVs. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are provided free of charge. |
