LOCATION: Located within a green field of 4 acres, roughly 1 km from the centre of Skala Eressos and 350 m from the beach, in a generally relaxing and quiet area.
CAPACITY: Three apartments and five studios in two buildings. First Building: One apartment and one studio at each of the two floors (Ground & First Floors)
Second Building: One apartment at the first floor, three studios at ground floor.

Studio: One bedroom (double bed), fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, balcony with sea and mountain views, garden.

Apartment: Two bedrooms (1 double bed & 2 or 3 singles), small kitchen, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, balcony with sea and mountain views, garden.

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES:

• Large terrace available to all studios and apartments

• Use of bikes, free of charge

• Access to all the facilities / swimming pool at the AEOLIAN VILLAGE (A class hotel, 400 m away from Heliotopos) at any time.
